Eligibility:
1.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Nat Coombs Show, its production company, and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
1.2. Entrants must be subscribers of The Nat Coombs Show YouTube channel at the time of the competition draw.
1.3. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry:
2.1. Entry into the competition is via The Nat Coombs Show’s official social media channels, specifically the YouTube platform.
2.2. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition.
2.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Competition Mechanism:
3.1. The winner will be selected at random from the pool of subscribers of The Nat Coombs Show YouTube channel, using a randomising selection generator.
3.2. The selection will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
3.3. The Nat Coombs Show reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Prize:
4.1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
4.2. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and The Nat Coombs Show reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4.3. The Nat Coombs Show will notify the winner via social media channels. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, The Nat Coombs Show reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Liability:
5.1. The Nat Coombs Show and its production company shall not be responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
5.2. The Nat Coombs Show and its production company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5.3. The Nat Coombs Show and its production company accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
